Many students wonder what type of equipment they’ll need, particularly whether they’ll have to invest in any sort of special technology. A lot of people feel they’re a little easier to use, but that’s all just up to your personal preference.

If you need to spend time away from home, whether that’s just a few hours per day or something longer, you don’t have to worry about missing valuable study time or lugging heaving books with you. You can use your mobile device to access internet content, such as course videos and digital textbooks, while you’re on the go, 24/7. However, many of the mobile operating systems on mobile devices like iPads and tablets aren’t supported. You can use them for some aspects of your coursework, but it’s important to remember that issues may occur, so use them with caution and perhaps refrain from relying on them for submitting assignments or exams.
